Phillip Arthur Simmons is a composer, orchestrator, and educator from Atlanta, Georgia. He specializes in media scoring, orchestration, and music preparation, with his bespoke scoring templates servicing productions for Disney, HBO, and Paramount, sessions at Warner Bros. and Abbey Road Studios, and performances with the BBC Symphony Orchestra. Beyond the classroom, Phillip coaches industry professionals in Hollywood and around the world, bringing the same standards and workflows he has developed through years of professional practice directly into his teaching. Phillip served for five years as a course leader for the Film Scoring Academy of Europe’s Online Graduate Certificate Program.
